If you are trying to sign up for a shift on a google sign up on your Smart Phone you must have the Google Sheets app downloaded. Google Sheets is a free App. You can find it in your App Store.
If you prefer not to download the App, you can use the sign up link using any computer without special permissions and enter your information on the sign up.
