Fun Run Updates & Payment Information

The Mitchell Fun Run is just four weeks away - October 18th.  Information was sent home last Friday with your child(ren).  If you need additional copies, please use these links Pledge Form, Prize Sheet, or Key Dates.   The Fun Run will be held at Mitchell School using the back field.

Our Fun Run is put on by the PTO.  We have not contracted with any outside companies meaning 100% of the money raised stays with us.

We hope to raise $8,000 with this event to continue to provide field trips and enrichment activities for all the students at Mitchell.

Volunteers! 


Thank you so much to the over 50 people who have volunteered for the Fun Run!  We are finalizing a schedule with Mr Karr and hope to have placements for each volunteer in the next two weeks.


Payment Information


Please note all pledge money must be received by Nov 1st for children to receive their raffle tickets!


Payments can be made in cash, check or by credit card.  Please make checks out to Mitchell PTO.
 

To pay by credit card online:

On the Mitchell PTO website at www.mitchellptoannarbor.blogspot.com
On the Right hand side, Click on the Fun Run Credit Card Payments Link – Square Market Payment Center.

Select the amount of the pledge. 
If you received flat donation amounts, please find the corresponding amount, select the amount, add to cart, select the quantity of items, click Go To Cart.  If you child received a pledge in an amount not listed, please an amount you can add quantities to, to make the pledge amount correct.  IE. A $40 donation would require you to select the “Fun Run Donation $20” link with a quantity of 2.  In the “Write a note to the seller” field.  Enter the name of the child and teacher’s name.  Click Checkout and continue with process.

If you received a pledge per lap amount, please find the corresponding amount, select that amount, add to cart and select the quantity of laps your child ran, click Go To Cart.  In the “Write a note to the seller” field.  Enter the name of the child and teacher’s name.  Click Checkout and continue with process.
 
 
If you'd like to pay by credit card but prefer not to use the internet, please contact the PTO and we can process your card manually.
