Field Set-Up
We need a handful of people who can
help set up the field on the day of the event.
**If you would
like to help with Field Set-Up please be at the school by 7:30am**
Lap Markers
Each grade level needs several lap
markers to give the children a rubber band to mark laps as the students complete
a lap. After each grade is finished, lap
markers will collect and document rubber bands for each child.
Runners
We need a few people available to get
the next classes and other misc. activities.
Lap Marker Transfer
We need people that can help transfer
the number of laps completed onto each student’s pledge sheets, so that they
can be returned to the students.
Refreshments
After each class completes their
scheduled time, distributes water and a snack for each child.
Clean Up
We will need people to help clean up
the track and other stations as needed.
Clean up will begin at approximately 3:15
